Returns:

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

• Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

• IPTV & VOD subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

• If your product is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
